The City of Russellville, Kentucky hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for the
City/County Park Little League Softball Field Located off 68/80 Bypass on Bobby Sawyers Way, Russellville, Kentucky.
The Project consists of the installation of 6 New 50 ft Steel Poles with 20, 500-Watt LED Fixtures for a Little League Softball Field (Bottom field at park) and removal of existing poles and lighting. Each Pole shall have its own circuit for lights on each pole and shall be installed in PVC conduit. All trench/ditch work shall be outside of Softball Field and outside of fence Area. Main Power for Lighting to come from Electrical room located at the lower field. Power for lighting to be control by contactors in Room and shall have Time clock operated control.
Sealed bids must be turned in or mailed to Russellville City Hall by 4:00 PM on Monday, December 22, 2025, at 168 South Main Street, Russellville, KY 42276. Sealed bids will be opened on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Russellville City Hall Council Chambers.

The City of Russellville will have a scheduled telephone system upgrade to begin on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The upgrade is expected to be completed by Friday, November 14, 2025. During this time period telephone calls may not complete. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
Scott Waste will begin curb-side leaf pickup on Monday, October 27, 2025. Citizens are asked to place their bagged leaves near the curb along with their trash container. Scott Waste will pick up a maximum of ten (10) bags. The leaf pick-up service will be four weeks in total.
Trick or treating hours for the City of Russellville will be October 31, 2025 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
